The vegetarian was previously Saheb's and Me and my wife (Viji) went there on Mar 2009 for the Sunday weekend buffet. The spread was pretty good and though most of the food was good none of the spread swept us off our feet. One thing we noticed immediately was that cleanliness there left a lot to be desired. I hope they make it cleaner and that will go a long way in improving the restaurant's image. All the food was cramped in to a small area and lot of them spilled over to the other.

Coming to the food. The Jilebis(Made with gram flour and sweetened with lots of sugar syrup) was wonderful and proabaly the best dish in the whole spread. There were several condiments like Coconut Chutney, Salad, Pickles, Raitha, etc. Also the spread included a chana masala(Chick Pea curry), Mushroom curry, Yogurt based gravy and lentils. The lentils curry was by far the best. Both the fried rice and plain rice was dry.

The sambar and rasam in the spread gave the food the south indian feel along with the Masala Dosai(Thin pancake made of rice and dhal batter stuffed with potato) that was served on the table. The naan was also served on the table. The dosai was pretty good and again the plate that it was served on left a lot to be desired.

Overall it was a decent food experience and with a 10$ price tag it was decent enough to give a try. We definitely will not go there again until we here that they have improved their ambience and are cleaner..
